Vol. 5 No. 8

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - DUBLIN CENTRAL CRIMINAL COURT.

asked the President what neighbouring counties are to be included in the Central Criminal Court for Dublin; whether all the trials for the Central Criminal Court are to take place in Dublin; whether the City of Dublin jurors alone are to try all the cases to be dealt with by such Court, or if jurors from the counties interested are to be brought to Dublin for the purpose of dealing with cases from their respective counties, and, if so, whether they will be paid travelling and other expenses incurred.

Mr. O'HIGGINS

The Deputy will have an opportunity of raising this matter during the discussion on the Bill at present before the Dáil.

In view of the fact that I have given notice of the question, I do not think that the answer of the Minister is a good and sufficient answer to the question.

That is not a supplementary question.

Well, he has not given an answer to my question.
