Vol. 6 No. 5

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - A GORT CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence if he is yet in a position to say whether the long-outstanding claim of Mr. J. O'Donohue, Gort, Co. Galway, has been settled, and, if not, whether he will see that the amounts due to this man are immediately paid?

The delay in arriving at a decision in this case is due to the fact that the claimant has not furnished certain documentary evidence in connection with it which he has been asked to supply.
