WRITTEN ANSWERS. - UNTENANTED GRAZING LANDS (OFFALY).

asked the Minister for Agriculture what steps, if any, have been taken by the Estates Commisioners regarding the untenanted grazing lands at Tully, Offaly, containing 265 acres, 2 roods and 24 perches, at present in the occupation of Michael Flynn, Tubber, and which have been the object of continued agitation since 1905.

Proceedings have not been instituted for the sale to the Land Commission of the lands of Tully, stated to be owned by Mr. Ml. Flynn, Tubber, and the Land Commission are not at present in a position to say whether they will be required for the relief of congestion.
