CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DEATH OF A KILDARE SOLDIER.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state when payment of the pension or gratuity to Mrs. K. Behan, of Martinstown, Curragh Camp, in respect of her son, Volunteer Patrick Behan, who died from wounds received at Ferrycarrig, Wexford, on 12th August, 1922, will be made under the Army Pensions Act, 1923.

A decision will be made on Mrs. Behan's claim in respect of pension or gratuity in the near future.
