Vol. 6 No. 14

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - DIVISION OF LISMACAFFREY LANDS (LONGFORD).

SEAN O LAIDHIN

asked the Minister for Agriculture if the ranch lands of Lismacaffrey, Co. Longford, held by Mrs. Fagan, are in the hands of the Land Commission, and, if so, if he would state when said lands are to be distributed among the landless people of the district?

Mr. HOGAN

The lands of Lismacaffrey referred to appear to be those purchased by Miss Mary Rose Fagan as tenant-purchaser under the Land Purchase Acts and vested in her on 28th March, 1912.

They have not been acquired by the Land Commission.
