Vol. 6 No. 23

WRITTEN ANSWER. - CO. CLARE MAN'S INTERNMENT.

asked the Minister for Defence if the release of Patrick O'Flanagan, Kilnaboy, Co. Clare, can be expedited?

Mr. Flanagan will be released under the provisions of Section 6 of the "Public Safety (Powers of Arrest and Detention) Temporary Act, 1924," provided he finds two solvent sureties on £10 each and gives surety himself in £5, the condition being that he will be of good behaviour and keep the peace for two years.
