Vol. 7 No. 1

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - CO. CLARE COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state whether compensation has yet been awarded to Simon Haugh, Coolmeen, Co. Clare, in respect of his property destroyed by British Forces during the Anglo-Irish war.

The case referred to by the Deputy has been received by the Compensation (Ireland) Commission, who, I understand, have the matter at present under consideration.
