Vol. 7 No. 3

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - PAYMENT OF OLD AGE PENSIONS.

SEAN O LAIDHIN

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if in the case of an old age pensioner who dies on a day prior to the weekly payment of the pension, the next-of-kin would be entitled to the amount due.

As old age pensions are payable weekly in advance, no amount would be due in the circumstances stated in the question.
