asked the Minister for Defence if a decision has yet been made regarding the claim of Michael O'Riordan, Blarney, for compensation for loss of his right hand, due to his being accidentally shot by the discharge of a soldier's rifle, in September, 1922, and, if not, if he will speed up the settlement of the claim, as this man has been incapacitated and unable to work since the time of the accident.
