CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. LIMERICK MOTOR CLAIMS.

asked the Minister for Defence whether his Department has received several applications for £194 due for motor hire to John J. O'Brien, of Granagh, Bruree, Co. Limerick; further, whether General Headquarters informed Mr. O'Brien that his bills were duly furnished to the Ministry; that his lorry is at present in the Glenworth Garage, Limerick, having been overhauled; that he is unable to pay for repairs, and will not get his lorry until the bill for same is paid; and whether the Minister will expedite payment of this man's claim.

Payment of £51 14s. Od. in settlement of Mr. O'Brien's claim was made on the 10th instant.
