Vol. 7 No. 8

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DEPENDENT'S ALLOWANCE (CASTLECOMER.)

EAMON O DUBHGHAILL

asked the Minister for Defence if he can state why Mrs. Wallace, Loon, Castlecomer, was refused dependent's allowance in respect of her son, Thomas Wallace, late No. 3350, who was discharged on the 28th April, 1923.

A claim for dependent's allowance for Mrs. Wallace was made subsequent to her son's discharge from the Army, and in accordance with existing regulations, it could not, therefore, be entertained.
