WRITTEN ANSWER. - MITCHELSTOWN TRADER'S ARMY ACCOUNT.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he will cause the account due by military authorities to Mr. E. Chamberlain, grocer, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, to be investigated and disbursed forthwith in view of the fact that portion of the account is due since December, 1922.

Accounts amounting to £32 6s. 4d. were received from Mr. Chamberlain in respect of goods supplied during September and December, 1922. Cheques were issued to him on the 15th February last, and the 6th instant for £15 10s. 4d. and £16 16s:0d. respectively.
