Vol. 7 No. 27

[WRITTEN ANSWERS.] - EXPEDITING COMPENSATION AWARDS.

asked the Minister for Finance if he can state when awards will be made by the Compensation (Ireland) Commission in the cases of Mrs. Mary Norris, Patrick Street, Dungarvan, and John McGrath, Ballymarket, Dungarvan, and, further, whether he will have consideration of these cases expedited.

Enquiry has been made at the Offices of the Commission, and it has been ascertained that in the first case named by the Deputy no claim for compensation has been filed with the Commission. The other case has been ruled upon as not within the scope of the Commission's terms of reference.
