I move:—

Chun críche aon Achta a rithfar sa tSiosón so chun airgead do dheona chun scéim Thelefónach Shaorstáit Eireann do chur i bhfeabhas agus chun crícheanna eile a bhaineas leis sin. go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú— |
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to grant money for the development of the Telephonic System of Saorstát Eireann, and for other purposes connected therewith, it is expedient to authorise— |

(1) go gcuirfar ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis muirear pé suimeanna is gá chun Scéim Thelefónach Shaorstáit Eireann do chur i bhfeabhas ach gan iad do dhul thar suim Cúig Ceád Míle Punt ar fad; ach cuirfar in aon áireamh ar iomlán na suimeanna a tabharfar amach fé údarás an Achta san gach suim a tugadh amach roimh rith an Achta san as an bPrímh-Chiste no as a thora fáis no as Ciste Códhlúite Rialtais Shealadaigh na hEireann chun na críche roimhráithe; |
(1) the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of such sums, not exceeding in the whole the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pounds, as may be required for the purpose of developing the Telephonic System of Saorstát Eireann: Provided that all sums which have been issued prior to the passing of such Act out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof or out of the Consolidated Fund of the Provisional Government of Ireland for the aforesaid purpose shall be included in any calculation of the total sums issued under the authority of such Act; |

(2) go n-íocfar amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas chun seirbhís Oifig an Phuist aon bhlianachtaí gur féidir deire do chur leo agus a cruthnuíodh chun iasachtaí d'fháil fé údarás an Achta san, agus |
(2) the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas for the service of the Post Office of any terminable annuities created for the purpose of borrowing under the authority of such Act, and |

(3) maran leor an t-airgead san agus sa mhéid nách leor é go gcuirfar ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis suim aon bhlianachtaí gur féidir deire do chur leo agus a cruthnuíodh fén Acht san. |
(3) In the event of such moneys being insufficient and in so far as they are insufficient the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of the amount of any terminable annuities created under such Act. |
