Vol. 8 No. 3

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MARTINSTOWN YOUNG MEN'S CLUB.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will expedite the payment of compensation awarded to the owners of the Martinstown Young Men's Club, to enable them to rebuild the premises, which were burned by British Forces.

The case of the owners of the Martinstown Club has been ruled by the Compensation (Ireland) Commission to be outside the scope of their terms of reference. The case may, however, be found proper for submission to the War Compensation Court in regard to which negotiations are at present in progress.
