Can the President tell us when the Intoxicating Liquor Bill will be taken again?

I have not seen the Minister for Justice since the afternoon, and he has not informed me what the nature of his agreement was. I understand he is to find some further accommodation. I have not yet heard from him on the subject, but I expect I will be able to make an announcement to-morrow.
