Vol. 9 No. 26

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DISALLOWED OLD AGE PENSION.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the grounds on which the claim to old age pension was disallowed in the case of Mary Anne Barron, of Glasbolly, Ballintra, No. 5/103, Donegal Station, and whether he is aware that on several occasions within the past two years the Ballyshannon Sub-Committee have been unanimous in awarding Mrs. Barron the pension.

I am having enquiries made in this case and will communicate with the Deputy in due course.
