Tipperary, for damage done to and destruction of her house by soldiers of the Lincoln Regiment in 1920-21, has been investigated and reported on by a representative of the Compensation (Ireland) Commission; whether a year has elapsed since this investigation and report had been made, and whether he will state the cause of the delay in settlement of this claim.
