asked the Minister for Justice if he can state how many prosecutions for keeping a dog without a licence were undertaken in the Dublin Metropolitan Police Area in the year 1924, and how many convictions were obtained.

The number of summonses heard in the year 1924 for keeping dogs without licence in the Dublin Metropolitan Police Area was 64. Convictions were obtained in 46 cases.
