Vol. 10 No. 7

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - OLD AGE PENSION CLAIM (KILDARE).

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he can state the reasons of the Pension Officer for rejecting the claim of Mrs. Mary Wiseman, Bishophill, Ballymore-Eustace, for the old age pension.

This claim was disallowed on appeal on the 7th January last, on the ground of insufficient evidence of age. A previous claim was disallowed on the 5th May, 1923, for the same reason.
