Vol. 10 No. 20

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - SECONDARY TEACHERS' MINIMUM SALARIES.

asked the Minister for Education if he is yet in a position to announce the amounts of the initial minimum salaries to be paid to teachers by the schools as part of the secondary teachers' salaries scheme, particularly in view of the statement made by the Minister for Finance on the 5th March, 1925, that the matter should be settled in a few days.

I am not in a position at present to give the Deputy the information he seeks, but I am arranging to have it sent to him to-morrow.
