CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - LEIX COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence if he can state on what grounds the claim of Mr. James Callaghan, Clonaslee, Leix, with the military authorities for compensation in respect of the occupation of his premises, has been refused.

Mr. Callaghan's claim was disallowed on the ground that he had complicity with Irregulars involving their use of the premises in question.
