I move:—
That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Finance Bill, 1925, that they have power to make provision therein pursuant to the Additional Financial Resolutions.
As these matters were not dealt with in Committee on Finance before the introduction of the Finance Bill, it is necessary before they are taken in the Committee on the Finance Bill that the motion on the paper should be passed. It is formal.
