Vol. 12 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - A CASTLEREA DECREE.

asked the Minister for Finance whether the appeal under the County Court Appeals Act, 1924, against the decree granted to Messrs. Connolly Bros., Castlerea, on account of timber removed from their premises during 1922-'23 has yet been heard, and, if so, if he will state what has been the result, and if not, whether he is in a position to say when the appeal in this case is likely to be heard.

The appeal to the Supreme Court in this case against the decision of the Commissioner hearing appeals under the County Court Appeals Act, 1924, has not yet been heard, and I am not in a position to say when it is likely to be heard.
