I beg to submit the following Report:—
1. The Committee met on Wednesday, 17th June, 1925, for the purpose of nominating seven Deputies to serve on a Joint Committee, with a like number of members of the Seanad, to consider and make recommendations in regard to the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Bill, 1925.
2. Under the terms of Standing Order No. 115e, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, is one of the Deputies so nominated.
3. The Committee made the following additional nominations, which are recommended to the Dáil:—Deputies Magennis, Tierney, Davin, P.S. Doyle, Figgis, and C. Hogan.
