Vol. 12 No. 20

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DAMAGED PREMISES CLAIM (DUBLIN).

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that Mr. John Tighe, of 17 Grantham Street, Dublin, was awarded £56 10s. by the Recorder of Dublin on May 23rd, 1924, in respect of damages to his premises at 23 High Street, Dublin, caused during the bombardment of the Four Courts, and if payment of this claim will be expedited.

I understand that this claim has been adjudicated on, but the Judge's decree or report has not yet been received in my Department. Until this document is received no steps can be taken towards payment.
