Kildare, acting on behalf of his brother, Owen Lyons, for re-instatement on certain lands at Plunketstown, from which his late mother, Mrs. Ellen Byrne, formerly Lyons, was evicted, has been received, and whether he will state if any action can be taken by the Land Commission in the matter.
