asked the Minister for Finance whether a claim has been received from Mr. A. Kehoe, of Thomas Street, Wexford, for compensation for a motor car commandeered by the Army authorities, whether this claim has been referred to a Committee under the Indemnity Act, 1924, and whether he can state when the claim is likely to be dealt with.
WRITTEN ANSWERS. - WEXFORD COMPENSATION CLAIM.
The claim referred to by the Deputy cannot be traced among the files referred to the Indemnity Act Committee. If the Deputy will give fuller particulars, including the date of commandeering and the precise description of the actual claimant (i.e., whether Mr. Kehoe personally or under a business name), a further attempt to trace the papers will be made.
