Vol. 14 No. 4

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ASHFORD O.A.P. APPLICATION.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the reason why an old age pension recommended by the local Pensions Committee to Mrs. Livingstone, Dunran, Ashford, Co. Wicklow, has been disallowed.

This claim was disallowed on the 29th June, 1925, on the ground of insufficient evidence to show that claimant had attained the age of 70 years.
