Vol. 14 No. 7

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ALLOCATION OF NORTH KILDARE ESTATES.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to allot the lands on the estates acquired by them in North Kildare to migrants from other counties, and, if so, whether he will, in view of the likelihood of ill-feeling arising out of such a decision, give instructions that all applications of congests and landless men residing in the county will have prior consideration.

On the distribution of untenanted lands acquired by the Land Commission the claims of bona fide tenants in the county whose holdings are uneconomic will receive full consideration.
