asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he has taken, or proposes to take, any steps to acquire under the Land Act, 1923, about three hundred acres of land now held by the representatives of the late Earl of Bandon at Coolkelure, Dunmanway, Co. Cork.

Inquiries are being made with a view to ascertaining if the lands referred to are suitable for acquisition by the Land Commission.
