Vol. 15 No. 6

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - COBH COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he is aware that Mr. Milwood, grocer, Cobh, obtained a decree at the Circuit Court, Cork, on October 30th, 1925, for £58 for damage caused his motor car by Irregulars in 1922; whether the Judge on the same date reported in favour of applicant for a sum of £31 and costs in respect of goods taken from his premises by Irregulars in 1922, and if he can state when these amounts will be paid.

The question of payment cannot be considered until the decree and report have been lodged in my Department.
