The State Solicitor reports that through a clerical error fifty civil bills were issued showing 28th February, 1926, as the date of hearing by the court, instead of 25th February, that the error was discovered immediately after the civil bills had issued, that the civil bill officers were instructed by wire from the State Solicitor not to serve any of these civil bills, and that no further proceedings were taken on foot of them.
