IMMATURE SPIRITS (RESTRICTION) BILL, 1926—FIRST STAGE.

I ask leave to introduce "A Bill entitled an Act to extend the restrictions on the supply and sale of immature spirits and for that purpose to amend the Immature Spirits (Restriction) Act, 1915." The purpose of this Bill is to prevent the sale of whiskey under five years old.

Leave granted to introduce the Bill. Bill read a first time.
