Is it proposed to take the Fourth and Fifth Stages to-day?

Question—"That Sections 1 to 4 inclusive and the Title stand part of the Bill"—put and agreed to.
The position is to some extent complicated by the fact that the introduction of this measure and the Resolution has restricted the withdrawal of spirits from bond, and to that extent it would be better that the Bill should become law as soon as possible.
Could we not take the Fourth and Fifth Stages on Monday? The Seanad will not be sitting until Wednesday, and it is not desirable to move for the Suspension of Standing Orders unless it is absolutely necessary.
