I think the first two paragraphs of the amendment were ruled by the Cean Comhairle to fall with the amendment to the resolution, but I think I am not mistaken in saying that amendment No. 2 is in order.
I think the ruling was that both fell with the original amendment—that they were outside the scope of the Bill.
Perhaps we are at cross-purposes. There are sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) in No. 1 amendment.
And the other amendment also.
