(3) As indicated in the statement I made to the Dáil on 19th June, 1925, it would not be practicable to reconstitute a Committee to deal with these applications pending a decision on the appeal now before the Privy Council.

Will the Minister answer the last part of the question?

I have answered it. What I said was: "As indicated in the statement I made to the Dáil on the 19th June, 1925, it would not be practicable to reconstitute a Committee to deal with these applications pending a decision on the appeal now before the Privy Council."

Will the Minister state whether it is his intention to abide by the decision of the Privy Council in interpreting Article X. of the Treaty, and whether he is of opinion that the Privy Council is the proper body to interpret the terms of the Angle-Irish Treaty?

The Deputy must put that question down separately; it is a separate question.
