Vol. 18 No. 10

IN COMMITTEE ON FINANCE ESTIMATES FOR PUBLIC SERVICES. - BUSINESS OF THE DAIL.

I move the adjournment of the Dáil until Tuesday. I propose then to take the Army Pensions Bill until it is concluded, and after that the Resolution on the Liquor Bill as well as the Committee Stage of that Bill. I propose to take the resolutions from the Seanad as the first business on Wednesday, and the Committee Stage of the Liquor Bill if it lasts over. I propose to take the Land Bill not earlier than Thursday. There may be non-contentious measures, such as the Telephone Capital Bill, intervening.

The Telephone Capital Bill, I understand, is required, but certain amendments will be put forward which, I hope, will be acceptable. I hope they will be non-contentious.

I hope so. I am not in a position to express more than a hope.
