Vol. 18 No. 18

WRITTEN ANSWER. - LAND ALLOTMENTS (CO. MEATH).

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether it is a fact that in the division of the Kilbarry Estate, County Meath, ninety acres were allotted to a man named Brien from Lobinstown, Slane, while only eleven acres were allotted to local applicants, and, if so, whether he will state why ninety acres were allotted to Brien, who lived over eight miles from the Kilbarry Estate.

Mr. HOGAN

To enable the Land Commission to get the necessary information, I would be obliged if the question was repeated next week.
