CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - FIREARMS DEALER'S LICENCE.

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Justice whether he has received an application for a licence to sell guns and ammunition from Mr. W. J. Lawler, Borrisokane, trading as T.P. Heenan and Co., Borrisokane, County Tipperary, and, if so, will he state what decision, if any, has been come to regarding same.

Messers. T.P. Heenan and Company of Borrisokane (Mr. W.J. Lawler, proprietor), were registered as dealers in firearms and ammunition under the Firearms Act, 1925, on the 14th instant. The certificate of registration has been forwarded to the firm.
