Vol. 19 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - OLD AGE PENSION (BIRR).

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why Mrs. Anne Kennedy, Ravakeen, Graigue, Birr, was deprived of the old age pension.

On the 18th of January last it was determined that from and including the 3rd December, 1926, Mrs. Anne Kennedy was not entitled to receive any pension, on the ground that her annual means, as calculated for old age pension purposes, exceeded the statutory limit of £39 5s. Od.
