Vol. 19 No. 8

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ACQUISITION OF CO. CLARE ESTATE.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state why his Department is not taking steps to acquire the Cahercon estate, Kiladysart, County Clare, in view of the large number of congests in that district; if he will take any action necessary to prevent the sale of this estate in divisions which is at present in progress.

The lands referred to cannot be identified from the particulars furnished. There is no townland of the name of Cahercon in the County Clare in the official list of townlands.
