asked the Minister for Finance if it is his intention, now that the decision in the Wigg-Cochrane appeal has been given, to appoint a chairman to preside over the proceedings of the Civil Service Committee set up under Clause 10 of the Anglo-Irish Treaty; and, if so, whether he will state the name of the person to be appointed and the probable date of resumption of the work of this Committee.
