Captain REDMOND

asked the Minister for Finance whether it is intended that the projected new National Loan shall be made repayable to the lenders and reimbursable as to current interest in (a) the proposed new Irish Free State currency or (b) in gold, or (c) in sterling.

It is not possible or desirable at this stage to anticipate the conditions upon which the new National Loan will be issued.
