Vol. 21 No. 4

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - BLIND PENSION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health why the blind pension was taken from Patrick Murray, of Brianbeg, Drumraney, Westmeath.

It does not appear that this case has come before the Department on appeal, so that no particulars are available in the Department in regard to it. I am, however, referring the Deputy's question to the Revenue Commissioners, who are under the jurisdiction of the Minister for Finance.
