Vol. 22 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - EARL OF HUNTINGDON'S ESTATE—TENANT'S CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether he is aware that Edward Carroll, Whitehouse, Finglas, applied some twelve months ago to the Land Commission for the house and lands formerly occupied by his father on the estate of the Earl of Huntingdon, Rathmore, Sharavogue, and whether any decision has yet been reached on the application.

When the untenanted lands on the estate of the Earl of Huntingdon, Co. Offaly, were being divided by the Land Commission an application for a parcel of land was received on behalf of Edward Carroll, of Finglas, Co. Dublin. The Commissioners were unable to provide this applicant with a parcel on this estate.
