Vol. 22 No. 3

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DILLON ESTATE (CO. MAYO).

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether the Land Commission have been considering the acquisition for the relief of local congestion of the farm held on the eleven months system by Mrs. Mark Waldron on the Lord Dillon estate, lands of Coolnaha North, Barony of Costelloe, County Mayo, and, if so, what is the present position of the matter.

Proceedings have been instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the lands held by Mrs. Waldron in the townland of Coolnaha North, containing 75a. 0r. 29p. These lands were published in a provisional list of lands which, if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection, will become vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day.
