Vol. 22 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DIVISION OF ROCKBARTON ESTATE.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether the estate known as Rockbarton, at Bruff, Co. Limerick, has been divided; and, if so, whether he will furnish the names of the allottees, with the amount of land allotted in each case, and the names of all claimants.

The lands of Rockbarton have been allotted. A return giving the names of the allottees and the amount of land allotted to each allottee is being prepared and will be circulated to the Deputy in due course. As regards the return asked for of names of all the applicants for parcels of land, the preparation of such returns would entail a considerable amount of time and labour on the part of the Land Commission staff, which would, in my opinion, be incommensurate with the result obtained, I am not prepared to furnish it.
