DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Defence why his Department refused to grant a pension under the Army Pensions Act, 1923, to William O'Rourke, Green Street, Roscrea, County Tipperary.

The claim of Mr. William O'Rourke, Green Street, Roscrea, under the Army Pensions Acts was rejected on the ground that the injury in respect of which he claimed was due to his own serious negligence and misconduct.
