asked the Minister for Defence if he will state (a) under what conditions a member of the "A" Reserve Force, National Army, may obtain complete discharge from the Reserve before the expiration of the period for which he originally attested; (b) under what conditions, if any, a Reservist in the "A" Reserve may obtain exemption from liability to attend for annual training, for any particular year or years, where danger of loss of employment or other adequate reason might exist rendering such exemption desirable in the interests of the man concerned.
